What was the highlight of One Niseko Resort Towers
A great ski holiday location if you have your own transport.
Our room was fantastic, very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was great and I was perfectly happy with everything about the hotel.
The skiing side of the holiday was a little less successful but that was purely because the hotel's location is not within any of the Niseko areas. There is a shuttle bus service which does link with all the ski slopes which helps make up for this but you don't get the immediate access of some other resorts.

The staffs were great, the onsen is the best. Breakfast was nice too.

What was the highlight of One Niseko Resort Towers
Pretty special. The staff in particular were very professional and kind.
The Onsen was superb, the staff were so helpful and polite and the place was really comfortable and just nice to stay at.
It was sometimes hard to communicate when only some staff spoke English, and the shuttle service was not frequent enough and often booked out. The ski lockers were good, but a drying room would be really great

Very Good
The room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Ample parking which is close by. Tatami room was charming. We enjoyed being in a quieter spot, not in the middle of Hirafu village.
The noise of the elevator shaft as the room was unfortunately next to the elevator. Got used to the noise after awhile.
